If we employ you, your personal data collected during your pre-employment period will be part of your personnel records and will be retained throughout and for a period after your employment with MME. In addition, MME may retain your personal information collected during your job application procedure for a period of 1 year following the end of the job application procedure, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
If we do not employ you, we may nevertheless continue to retain and use your personal data collected through the recruitment process in order to consider you for new positions, and, if appropriate, to refer back to an earlier application if you submit a resume or other information to MME again in the future, as well as for system administration, to perform research and analysis. In this respect MME may retain your personal information for a period of 1 year following termination of the job application procedure, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
